Benjamin Richards is a business growth and operations executive based in Melbourne, Australia. Over a 10+ year career spanning media, agencies, consulting firms and his own ventures, he has contributed to over $108M in revenue, worked with 800+ businesses across industries, built and exited multiple companies, and assembled a portfolio of 15 active investments.

The journey so far.

The beginning.

It started before most people had even thought about business. Benjamin was spotted at a festival and began modelling, which pulled him deep into the world of e-commerce, fashion and brand-building from the ground up. That exposure gave him something rare: a real, firsthand understanding of how products, audiences and commercial opportunities connect.

He took that knowledge and co-founded Inkosi, a streetwear label built with a school friend from scratch. No playbook, no investors, no shortcuts. They designed the range, handled manufacturing and marketing, and launched in front of thousands at Australia's largest streetwear fashion expo in Melbourne. The first collection sold out almost immediately. The business was sold before Benjamin turned 18.

It wasn't just an early win. It was proof that you could build something real, from an idea to a brand to an exit, before most people had finished school. That realisation would shape everything that followed.
